Malaysian Tartler was created to be a focal point of photos and memories to be shared among a selected network of friends of 'The Tart'. It was unanimously voted that, selected photo albums, namely those in which various multiply users or general public are identidied, is to be restricted to only a selected group of individuals, namely, immediate Contacts. Note that this will exclude any 2nd degree or 3rd degree users in the network. This policy is to ensure that the more regular faces of the Malaysian Tartler bandwagon would have a greater sense of "security" when the camera points your way. Lets have fun while practicing discretion.
